As we walk, we unpack the challenges you are facing and discover fresh perspectives on how to navigate them.
(And, since this is Prague, we will try not to step in dog poop.)

Hi! I’m Pavla, born and raised in Prague.
After years abroad, I’ve returned to this magical city as a fully spawned elder millennial dedicated to helping others reach their highest selves.
I’ve worked with people from all walks of life—entrepreneurs and stay-at-home parents alike—to help them navigate their challenges.
In addition to therapy walks, I'm a mom to two magical girls and co-run a family business.
